Coaching

In an organisational setting, coaching is the act of giving special classes in a work-related activity, especially to one person or a small group. Mentorship, on the other hand, refers to the guidance provided by an experienced person to improve a particular skill.

We recognise that training, in and of itself, does not cover the full range of support required to improve the performance of individuals and organisations. We provide coaching, mentorship and other forms of accompaniment to enable individuals and organisations to improve skills and sustainably improve performance.
